Privacy notice
How we handle your details
Consent version 2026-10-v2. This notice covers the Paperwork to Performance website: signups for The Slipping Project Check and Health Check or contact enquiries.
Toolkit signups: what we collect
- Your first name (required) and an email address, work or personal (required).
- A record of your consent: the exact wording you agreed to, its version, and the date and time.
- The campaign source of the signup (for example, a LinkedIn link) and how many times the email has signed up.
- A one-way hashed form of your network address, kept briefly to limit repeated automated signups. We do not store the address itself.
We do not ask for, and you should not send, confidential project information. The online recovery brief runs in your browser only; nothing typed into it is saved or sent.
Why we collect it
We collect your details to provide the free recovery toolkit and record your consent to future project recovery emails and occasional program invitations. The wording you agree to is: "Send me the free checklist, practical project recovery emails and occasional program invitations. I can unsubscribe at any time."
Where it is stored
Your details are stored in the site's secured cloud database. Subscriber records are not publicly accessible. Access is restricted to the site owner's server-side tools.
Email and unsubscribing
We use Brevo to send a welcome email with links to the toolkit, infographic and printable brief after signup, followed by three short project recovery emails on days 2, 4 and 7. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, or you can reply with 'unsubscribe' and Colin will remove you.
Health Check and contact enquiries
If you request a Project Delivery Health Check or send an enquiry, we collect your first name, email address, business name, role, the challenge you describe and, if you choose to give it, your phone number.
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and manage our conversation with you. Enquiries are not added to the toolkit emails or any other mailing list. Colin receives a notification email through Brevo containing the details you submitted.
Enquiries are kept in the same secured cloud database as toolkit signups, in a private lead list that only the site owner can sign in to see. Colin may also add notes about later conversations, such as follow-up dates.
Please don't include confidential client or project information in an enquiry.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details under the Australian Privacy Principles.

Sharing
We do not sell your details. They are shared only with the service providers needed to run this site and send these emails, including Brevo.
